Dollarsoft – User Agreement (Terms of Service)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dollarsoft ("Dollarsoft," "we," "us," or "our"), including purchasing or using any digital application, software, or service offered through the platform (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using Dollarsoft, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

• You may be required to create an account to purchase or access apps.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of this Agreement.

4. Purchases & Licensing

• Apps are sold for a one-time fee (e.g., $1.99 unless otherwise stated).
• Purchases grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal or internal business use.
• You do not acquire ownership of the app or underlying intellectual property.
• All sales are final, except where required by law.

5. Refunds

Unless explicitly stated otherwise or required by applicable law, all purchases are non-refundable. We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or redistribute any app
• Use the Services for illegal or harmful purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or security features
• Circumvent pricing, payment, or access controls

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and branding associated with Dollarsoft are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Third-Party Services

Some apps or features may rely on third-party services. Dollarsoft is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT APPS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• DOLLARSOFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE APP OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dollarsoft from claims arising out of your use of the Services, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any rights of another party.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of this Agreement.

13. Changes to the Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
